This one’s not rare or unusual in color, but it’s hard to find as a seedling and so much fun to have old-fashioned Baby's Breath in your own bouquets! It is prized as a delicate, airy filler with petite white double flowers about 1 centimeter in diameter on well-branching, upright foliage. (It is also lovely to dry it and save it to tuck into satin ribbons on special presents or on wreaths!).

HARVEST

Harvest when about ⅔ to ¾ of the blooms on a spray are open and before any of them have started to brown. Arrange as a filler in bouquets to show off larger flowers or as one bouquet by itself. Harvesting will encourage more blooms and prevent seed formation, so don’t be shy.
